We know that sometimes collecting isn’t easy and worrying about receiving damaged products doesn’t help. First of all, we apologize if you experience any problems with your order, but don’t worry, we can help. Our goal is to make sure collectors are 100% satisfied with every item purchased on our site!
If you receive an order with defects or missing parts, we can provide you with an after-sales solution. This can sometimes be the case even if all products have been rigorously inspected and packaged. Manufacturers can’t guarantee that every product will be perfect, and because they are handmade, there can be subtle differences between each product that make them truly unique. Sometimes factory quality control is not perfect, but most factories have a parts guarantee.
We have an agreement with a freight forwarder to add protection to our packages. We guarantee that every product is brand new and in perfect condition, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive your product without any damage, as resin statues are fragile and we cannot prevent this from happening. The only thing we can do is to add protection to the package for all our customers to make sure the probability of these things happening is low.
For assistance, please contact us within 10 days of the shipment date with photos and an unboxing video. We encourage you to inspect the product at the time of shipment in order to utilize the warranty if necessary. Failure to contact us within 10 days may result in the manufacturer refusing to provide any after-sales support. In case of major damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is received damaged, we will contact the manufacturer and ask for a replacement of the affected part. As a rule, manufacturers (studios) have agreements with factories to provide after-sales service only for a short period of time after the release of the product (about 3 months). They will determine which solutions are feasible and evaluate each situation individually. We will do our best and if the manufacturer agrees to a replacement part, we will send it to you.
If the required spare parts are not immediately available, they will have to wait for production, which depends on the commitment and speed of the factory. Usually, when a manufacturer places an order with a factory, he will produce 5.10 more parts for after-sales service. Due to the long transportation time from abroad, if there are no more parts for after-sales service, we negotiate with them to produce some new parts for us. This will not be easy and will take time as the factory will have to make new molds, fill the molds and finally paint the required parts. We ask for your patience.
If the manufacturer is unable to fulfill your request, we will send you a coupon. We have a warranty agreement with the manufacturer, but sometimes the manufacturer may not be able to provide us with replacement parts, especially if the product has been released for a long time.
We only work with serious and reliable manufacturers because we know we can rely on them to provide spare parts for our customers. In order to provide the best after-sales service, we always test manufacturers, especially new ones, and if they cannot help us in case of problems, we decide not to sell their products anymore. We would like to inform you that stock products (especially very old ones) are the exception, as the factory has archived the design.
Before ordering products from our warehouse in China, please consider that spare parts may be difficult to find when needed. This is due to the fact that the factories that produce these products will stop production three months after the release of the product and will no longer guarantee the supply of spare parts. As a result, the manufacturing plant can no longer request spare parts and can only supply them when they are available at the warehouse. Please take this into account when deciding to place an order, especially if the product is an older product. Please check with our customer service department to see if the product you are interested in ordering is still under warranty.
