On this page you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions from our collectors. Please read on to make sure you understand the entire process before placing your order. You will gain a lot of useful information, especially if you are new to us and are considering placing your first order with us. What products do you sell in your store?

We specialize in selling collectibles, especially resin statues produced in specialized factories. Most of our items are pre-order items, which means that they are in the planning or production stage and therefore need to wait until they are finished for final shipment! We also offer faster solutions, please visit our warehouse in China for more items available for immediate shipment! Are shipping and duties included in the price?

We recommend that you contact us before placing your order to get a shipping estimate (non-tax free). For more information, please see our Shipping FAQ page.

Are your products new?

Yes, all our products are 100% brand new! But we will do an un-inspection to observe whether the products are damaged or not, of course we can inspect them without un-inspection if you request. And we will randomly clear out some stock, you can follow our social media to get the discount information.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

We value your privacy and security and therefore do not collect sensitive data about your payment methods. You can choose from a variety of payment methods, such as credit cards on different lines, debit cards, prepaid cards, or PayPal, providing you with extra protection and a 100% secure shopping experience. It is also possible to trade with ebay, don’t be afraid of hidden fees, we always include all fees, even PayPal commissions!

Do I pay directly or do I pay a deposit and/or installments?

In each product tab, we offer you a variety of payment options:

Full Payment: allows you to pay the full amount while waiting for the item to be ready to ship so you can focus on your next order.

Product Deposit: We will reserve you a place on the product and when the product is shipped, pay the full amount and we will ship the product to you, if you are refunded you will lose the deposit.

What do Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 mean?

For each pre-order, we include an approximate release date (e.g., Q4 2023) in the product description. the number next to Q (quarter) indicates the quarter in which volume production is expected to be completed, followed by the reference year. Specifically
Q1 (Q1) = January/February/March (production is expected to be completed in March)
Q2 (Q2) = April/May/June (production is scheduled to end in June)
Q3 (Q3) = July/August/September (production scheduled to end in September)
Q4 (Q4) = October/November/December (production scheduled to end in December)
For release dates, please refer to the description of each pre-order. Due to the amount of work that goes into the production of a statue, release dates are always estimates and therefore subject to change based on a variety of factors. These dates are only estimates of when the factory believes production can be completed, so please do not be alarmed if there is a delay and your order has not yet shipped.

What is the difference between pre-order and stock items?

– Pre-ordered items are subject to production time and therefore must wait for production to be completed before they can be shipped.

– Items in our China warehouse are already in our possession and ready to ship.

What is the maximum amount of time I can pay for a pre-ordered item when it is ready to be shipped?

You have 30 days from the time we ask for the balance of payment to complete your order. The timing of our product release and final payment is at the factory’s discretion. If the manufacturer does not receive the balance at the end of mass production, they will have to cancel your pre-order and find a new buyer to pay the factory. You will then lose your deposit and your order will be considered abandoned. We cannot avoid this situation, but to help our customers we have extended the maximum time for payment of the balance by 30 days. If you are having trouble paying by the deadline, please contact our customer service department to find a solution that works best for you.

Can I purchase an item that is out of stock or out of stock?

If you are interested in purchasing an item that is sold out, off the shelf, or not yet listed in the catalog, please contact us and we will confirm the possibility of obtaining it for you. All statues are limited edition and can sometimes sell out quickly if demand is very high or only in very small quantities. If the product sells out, you can add yourself to a waiting list and you will be emailed as soon as the product is available again. Please note that we may only have one or a few items available, so make sure you buy now so you don’t miss out again.

Can I cancel my order/pre-order?

All orders are subject to a cancellation fee at the time of cancellation. The cancellation fee is the amount paid for the order. Statues are produced in smaller quantities, sometimes based on the quantity ordered only. By pre-ordering, you are requesting the production of your statue, so the money paid will go towards the production of the statue. However, if you find someone who is interested in purchasing a statue for you, we can transfer your order free of charge. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.

What happens if a product is canceled by the manufacturer?

If the manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order or the project is officially canceled, we offer a 100% money back guarantee.

Do you offer after-sales service if I receive a damaged product?

Yes, if you receive a damaged item, you can contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a resolution. For severely damaged products, we recommend that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once the after-sales service period has expired (usually within 3 months of delivery), replacement parts will no longer be available to us. Therefore, before ordering products that are already “in stock”, and especially when ordering older products, please be aware that we may not be able to obtain spare parts from the manufacturer if the product you order is faulty at the time of delivery.
