Is shipping and customs fees already included in the price?

We recommend that you contact us before placing your order to get a shipping estimate (non-tax free). For more information, please see our Shipping FAQ page.

What shipping methods are available?

The price of the product does not include shipping. If you need faster shipping, you can request an additional charge. Please contact us to get the best price for shipping
Standard method:
UPS/DPD Express (by ship/train): delivery time is about 45-55 business days (under normal circumstances):
Express way (on request): UPS/DPD/FEDEX Air Courier: Delivery time is about 10-15 working days (under normal circumstances). Please contact us and we will be happy to serve you after clarifying the shipping terms.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to all countries in the world. Remote locations (such as islands or underserved countries) are excluded. For remote areas and other destinations, we will notify you of the surcharge you will need to pay when your order is ready to ship. Please contact us prior to ordering for an estimate of surcharges.

How can I know if my address is considered a remote location?

Generally, remote areas are considered to be remote locations, those locations located on small and remote islands, suburban areas, stationiscistiche, small and remot villages, etc. Check with the shipping companies to see if the address is included in the list of remote locations. Each courier company has its own list of inconvenient locations. You can also contact our customer service to ask for information and to find the best solution for receiving a shipment to an isolated address.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We specialize in selling pre-order products and ship directly from our factory in China unless otherwise stated.
Products in stock in China: are already in our China warehouse and will be delivered to you in approximately 45 days. Pre-order products will be shipped after they have been manufactured in the factory and arrive at our China warehouse. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Why is the release and shipping time so long?

With long shipping times by train and ship and a complicated process of clearing customs, we know that waiting is the hardest part of this hobby and we appreciate your patience. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Will I receive a tracking code?

Yes, as soon as your order is ready we will ship it and in about 5 days we will give you the code to track your shipment. How can I track my package?

You can track your shipment on the contracted carrier’s website or on any global tracker, We recommend the 17TRACK website or its related mobile app. Here’s how it works:
1. Paste the tracking number (without courier letters) into 17TRACK.2. Select the courier company assigned for final delivery (DPD, UPS, etc.) and confirm. This is the longest step, taking most of the estimated shipping time. You will not see any updates until your package reaches the continent of your
destination and completes customs checks.3. Patiently wait for the tracking update and after about 7 days after customs clearance, your order will be delivered
to the address you provided without any problem.Please note that the shipping time for the standard method is about 45 days. Don’t worry if you don’t see updatesthe track will update as soon as possible.

Why hasn't the tracking code updated yet?

The tracking code is updated only after the package has cleared customs.Your package from China leaves with a third-party service and once it clears customs in the destination continent,it will be given to the courier company and you can finally track it on their website,which will also tell you the expected day of delivery from this moment on. Don’t be alarmed if the tracking is not updated for a long time, the package is still on its way and our forwarder can track it with his internal system. To know the internal information about your shipment, you can paste the tracking number on this website. We recommend that you use a browser that automatically translates and information into your language.

Can I ask a neighbor to pick up the package for me?

Be sure to choose an address where the package can be safely picked up and/or be present at the time of delivery. Remember that parcels, especially if they are very large, are atractive and if in your absence the courier is in the habit of leaving them with a neighbor or outside your front door, we advise you to arrange to receive the parcel personally. Whatever ” occurrence, we will not be held responsible for any theft once the status of the shipment appears to have been delivered.

Can packages get lost?

We assure you that none of our parcels can be lost, We can conrol all movements even if you will not see updates on the site until at least 35 days after shipment. We thank you for your patienceif delivery is delayed due to logistical, customs or epidemic problems.

What does it mean that the label is expired?

When a shipment is overdue, the courier’s system automatically recognizes it as expired after 60 days from its creation date. Don’t worry, the tracking code will update after customs clearance is complete and the courier will ticonsean the parcels in about 7 days. We thank you for your patience.
